Warning List

As one of the leading virtual office providers in Zürich, DomizilPlus maintains and publishes a warning list of companies to protect its clients, general public and own reputation.

If DomizilPlus receives information that a company is using DomizilPlus’s address knowingly or unknowingly without authorization (without been given DomizilPlus consent or without corresponding payments), it will investigate the matter.

The fact that a company is on DomizilPlus‘s warning list does not automatically mean that its activities are unlawful. The entry in the list does, however, highlight the lack of office space / domicile of corresponding company at the office building. The companies in question will be removed from the list once DomizilPlus and responsible government agencies have completed its investigations under Swiss Unfair Competition Law (UWG), Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and Swiss Commercial Register Code (HRegV). As a rule, the entries are also deleted after two years due to irrelevance.
